This is a possible airdrop and this project is backed by a ton of money. First of all, this is the fastest and most effective EVM compatible layer one for a fully on-chain work. That is what they declared from themselves but basically this is a new layer one and a very important characteristic is the speed. They say that they can process one million transactions per second. Important points about the protocol is that Improbable is the company behind Somnia and they had 822 million in funding. You can confirm that here at CryptoRank. This is over the years starting on 20 million in 2015 but you can see how over the years they are massive almost a billion dollars which is a lot evaluation of 3 billion dollars right now. So this is a very very big company and according to the information that I was able to get, Sonium itself has raised 270 million in funding. So right now is competing in the same level than Monad and many other important protocols. The testnet was launched in February 21st. So we are going to check everything that we can do in order to participate on this airdrop ecosystem. Here is the confirmation of the launch of the testnet in February 21st. So the first thing that we are going to do is go directly to the testnet. So once you are here you need to connect your wallet. In this case I am using a Metamask wallet for the purpose of the video and you need to follow some of the steps that are here. First you need to add the testnet so you can just click on add network and it's going to be added into your wallet. So in the step 2 we are going to connect the wallet and then we need to ask for faucet tokens. In order to do that just click here on request tokens. It's going to pop up your wallet and click on get STT. At this moment I have an error because you only can ask for tokens once per 24 hours. So once a day you can go here and test and get your token. Once you get your tokens you are going to be able to see them here. If you go to tokens you can see STT. You have some amount of that. I think it's 0.5 each time. Now point three you need to send tokens to your friends. We can send each other in my private discord. Remember that in my private discord we have a section for invitations and referrals. We also can put here some of that addresses so we share each other some tokens on this testnet. That is another benefit to be part of my community of course in my private discord. Now the point four you can mint some ping and pong tokens and then swap and create your own token too. That is here when you go to swap rc20. Click here then you are going to be able to click down here or on mintping and mintpong. I already minted these tokens. So you can see here on the balance that I already had a thousand of each. But if it's your first time you will be able to click these two buttons and meet the different tokens. So then you just need to, let's say I want to swap something here. Just approve the ping on your wallet. So you need to confirm this transaction on the balance and everything and then click swap. This is going to work always. It's very, very easy. Of course you need to confirm all the different transactions for this and the swap was successful. After you do that, you can go here to create a token and confirm everything here. A token name, token ticker and you can create the token. That will also be important for this. So you can see that I put the name. I need to confirm this transaction and you can see the token was created successful. You can see the new token here. Basically you are sent to the explorer and you are going to see the token creation here. So try to create a token too. After that, the point five is to participate in the meme coin trading contest.
