Steps to Participate:
- Join the Pioneer Testnet: Visit the Pioneer page and click “Join Now”. It’s recommended to sign up with an EVM wallet, such as Metamask, as most chains involved are EVM chains. While there is a BTC testnet chain, signing up with an EVM wallet provides broader access.
- Enter Invite Code: You can obtain an invite code from a friend or any of Particle’s official channels (Discord, Twitter comments, etc.).
- Connect Your Social Account: After registering, join their Discord, bind your Twitter account and follow Particle Network.
Detailed Guide to Tasks
Task 1: Daily Check-In
Your first task is to check-in daily on the Optimism Sepolia Testnet using ETH as gas. Fund your universal account with Testnet ETH and make sure it’s ready for transactions. A consistent streak of daily check-ins will yield more points.
Task 2: Deposit 1 USDG
Deposit 1 USDG to earn 200 points. This transaction can be done once. Use your Metamask wallet for this, and remember that any chain will do as long as it’s part of the Testnet.
Task 3: Daily Transactions
Your main task is to complete up to 100 transactions daily. Each transaction gives you 50 points, meaning you can earn up to 5,000 points per day. Although it may seem time-consuming, consistency is key. This task alone can place you on par with top users, even those who benefit from referrals.
Faucets and Token Acquisition
To fund your Testnet activities:
- Use Alchemy for Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Blast, and Linea Sepolia Testnet tokens.
- Utilize Infura for Linea Sepolia tokens.
- For Quicknode, acquiring ETH and tokens for Optimism, Arbitrum, and Avalanche is straightforward. Each faucet has specific requirements, like holding a minimal amount of ETH on the Mainnet or being a registered user on the platform. - To obtain BNB testnet tokens on the BNB Chain, you can use the BNB Chain Faucet or the BNB Chain Discord server. On the BNB Chain Discord, navigate to the testnet faucet channel and type the command
!faucet <your BNB Testnet wallet address>. Note that your wallet must contain less than one testnet BNB to request additional tokens using the Discord faucet. There are no limits to the number of requests you can make here. - For the Polygon testnet tokens, visit the Polygon faucet website, select the Polygon PoS network, enter your wallet address, and connect your Discord account to receive the tokens.
